Where exactly are my bottles stored?
Coterie Vaults in East Anglia, England. It's a purpose-built facility, not a converted warehouse. The location works well for climate stability and access to major auction houses when you need them.
How secure is it really?
24/7 CCTV, controlled access, alarm systems, and security personnel. Every bottle movement is logged and photographed. That tracking matters for provenance when you eventually sell.
Can I access my bottles whenever I want?
Visits are by appointment. We do this to maintain stable conditions and ensure proper handling when bottles are moved. Your collection is retrieved and ready when you arrive. We have a minimum 1-year storage term.
What if something happens to the warehouse?
Everything is insured against fire, theft, flood, and damage. The facility has disaster recovery procedures and backup storage in place. Risk is significantly lower in a modern, purpose-built space.
Can I sell bottles while they're stored with you?
Yes. We coordinate with auction houses and buyers, provide documentation and photos, and keep everything insured until ownership transfers. Professional storage history helps at auction.
